You usually don’t need to arrange a visit just to learn whether your furniture can be helped.
WhatsApp clear photographs of the full item and close-ups of the damaged or worn areas, along with your postcode.
She’ll explain what is likely to be achievable, whether restoration is sensible and what further information is needed.
If you’re happy to proceed, an appointment is booked. Most furniture is restored conveniently in your own home.

Many scuffs, scratches, small tears, cracks and areas of colour loss can be improved significantly. The right answer depends on the type and condition of the leather, so send photographs for an honest initial assessment.
Colour is mixed to work with your existing furniture rather than chosen from a small set of standard shades. Age, wear and light exposure all affect the final match, and Melissa will explain what result is realistic before work begins.
Most cleaning, repair and colour restoration work is completed at the customer’s home. Melissa will advise in advance if a particular job needs a different approach.
Send one photograph showing the complete sofa or chair, plus two or three clear close-ups of the worn or damaged areas in good natural light. Include your postcode so travel and availability can be assessed.
It often is when the frame, comfort and overall quality remain good. Restoration can extend the life of furniture you already like and avoid the cost and waste of premature replacement. Melissa will tell you if the likely result does not justify the work.
Send a few clear photographs and your postcode for an initial assessment. You’ll receive straightforward advice about what can be done and whether it is worthwhile.
No pressure and no obligation—just an honest initial opinion.
