The last few months have been very busy here at Classic Leather Care.
In addition to cleaning and repairing sofas for an increasing number of customers, we have also started offering car seat repairs in Cardiff and throughout South Wales. (Visit: Auto Interior Repairs)
As with our leather furniture repair service, the car seat repair service is fully mobile, with all repairs completed at the convenience of your property.
Leather restoration UK expansion
One thing we’ve noticed in recent months is that we’re receiving more and more enquiries from customers further afield.
To this end, we have decided to expand our service locations beyond South Wales and Bristol.
In 2025, we are looking to expand into Gloucester, Hereford, Worcester and Birmingham.
As with everything we do, excellent customer service and high quality results will be our priorities so we can continue to enhance our reputation and offer the best leather restoration service possible.
Unlike many of the larger service businesses, we have decided not to go down the franchising route and Classic Leather Care will continue to be managed by the same team that built the business from day one.
If the remainder of 2024 goes to plan then we’ll be hoping to recruit our first member of staff in the first couple of months of 2025.
The run up to Christmas
We’re about to enter the busiest period of the year.
As everyone starts thinking of putting the decorations up in the next couple of months and preparing to welcome guests, it can be a hectic time for service businesses.
Although we work up until the days before Christmas, we do struggle with availibility as we get closer to the festive period.
